Mind. Body. Spirit. Connections. I have been on this journey for most of my adult life. Studying human nature, observing my own behaviors, wondering why people do the things they do. I've also done my share of wandering, noticing, integrating and absorbing new ideas and experiences. My conclusion thus far? Everything is connected. We are all connected. Sometimes we fracture, break apart, feel lost. But to be human is to always look for that sense of balance and connection. Come along with me as I continue to explore, internally and externally, on a quest for balance and connection.
